Tanjević led KK Bosna when they became European champion by winning the 1978–79 FIBA European Champions Cup. He is currently coach of Montenegro national basketball team. ==Early life== He was born 13 February 1947 in Pljevlja, PR Montenegro, FPR Yugoslavia. In 1951, four-year-old Tanjević was brought to Sarajevo, SR Bosnia due to his Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) officer father Strahinja Tanjević getting reassigned there. Attending Veselin Masleša Primary School young Boša got involved with basketball at the FIS outdoor courts alongside friends such as Uglješa Uzelac and Davorin Popović. In 1965, after graduating high school, Tanjević moved to Belgrade where he enrolled at the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Philosophy, studying world literature.〔
